Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yogoo.ai and related services (the "Service"), operated by Yogoo AI ("Yogoo," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or a client, you represent that you have authority to bind them, and "you" includes them.

1. The Service

Yogoo measures how AI search engines and assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews) mention and cite brands and websites. The Service includes visibility trackers, scores, audits, keyword research, and related reports.

Measurements, not promises. AI engines change their answers frequently — the same question can produce different sources from one run to the next. Our scores and reports are good-faith measurements of what engines returned when we asked, not guarantees of what they will return next, and nothing in the Service is a promise that your brand will be cited, ranked, or mentioned anywhere.

2. Accounts

You need an account for most features. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. One free trial per account.

Agencies and teams. You may use the Service to track brands you manage for clients, subject to plan limits. You are responsible for having the right to monitor the domains you add.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• The Basic plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free tier — no charge, and your data is kept per our Privacy Policy.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
• Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep paid access until then; after that, your account moves to the lower plan or the Free tier. No data is deleted on downgrade.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Refunds: except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• probe, overload, or circumvent rate limits or access controls (including automated bulk audit requests);
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data as a competing offering;
• reverse engineer the Service except where law permits;
• use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, or to monitor domains you have no lawful basis to monitor;
• share one account across unrelated organizations to evade plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the brand names, domains, prompts, and other inputs you provide. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service — to query AI engines with your inputs, store results, and display them back to you. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage and measurement data (never your identity or private inputs) for research and to improve the Service, such as published citation studies.

6. Our property

The Service, including its software, scores, methodology, and content, is owned by Yogoo AI and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing — not any ownership.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party AI engines and infrastructure providers (listed in our Privacy Policy). We don't control them: their availability, pricing, behavior, and answers can change without notice, and we are not responsible for their content or decisions — including whether they cite you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that measurements will predict future AI-engine behavior.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogoo's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify Yogoo against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law — including claims that you lacked the right to monitor a domain you added.

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime from Settings (effective end of billing period) or delete your account by emailing contact@yogoo.ai. We may terminate or suspend for breach, non-payment, or legal necessity. Sections that by nature survive (5–10) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email or in-product notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
