- What's the difference between the tiers?
- Free is one tracker, monthly refresh. Basic ($29) adds the full dashboard, 13-week trend, and competitor pinning across 2 trackers. Pro ($99) goes weekly + adds the Recommendations view and 6 trackers. Premium ($399) is 50 trackers for teams managing multiple brands.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Basic has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Pro and Premium don't have trials — but you can start on Basic, then upgrade in-app when you need the weekly cadence or recommendations.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings. You keep access through your paid period; after that your trackers move to the Free tier (1 tracker, monthly refresh). No data loss.
- Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
- Tax is added at checkout based on your billing address. Prices on this page are exclusive of any applicable taxes. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID get reverse-charged automatically.
- What counts as a tracker?
- One tracker = one brand × one category. Tracking Linear in Project management is one tracker; tracking Linear in two categories is two. The tracker count on each tier is the cap; you can split it across any brand × category combination.
- Can I track multiple brands?
- Yes — Basic supports up to 2, Pro up to 6, Premium up to 50, Enterprise unlimited. Useful for agencies tracking client brands or teams comparing their brand against subsidiaries.
- What counts as a keyword research lookup?
- One lookup = one distinct seed keyword you research in a calendar month. Re-running the same keyword that month doesn't count again, and lookups served from our shared cache don't count at all. Free gets 10 a month, Basic 100, Pro 500 — at the cap, new lookups pause until the month resets. Premium includes 2,000 a month as a fair-use level rather than a hard stop.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Annual billing is available at all paid tiers — pay for 10 months, get 2 free.
- What happens at the end of the Basic trial?
- We email a reminder 3 days before the trial ends. If you've added a payment method, billing kicks in automatically on day 14. If you haven't, your trackers move to the Free tier (1 tracker, monthly refresh) — no charge, no data loss.
